Appropriate Colors For Wedding Guest To Wear

Some thing to compliment if you feel like it- but you don`t want people to think you are pretending to be a bridesmaid. Safer to avoid the wedding colors, white ivory or champagne (don`t want to be the bride either) and some say black also (not a funeral) - black considered acceptable, especially at evening weddings, but if you want to be super safe avoid it.

That said- wear what you feel comfortable in and have fun!

I would wear a nice floral print dress, that way, you aren`t going to look like you are in the bridal party, and it is still festive for the occasion and nice (or maybe a fall coloured dress for the autumn.
