Donate A Wedding Dress - Please!
This is a little random but I am trying to find someone to donate a wedding dress. :-/
I met a young bride to be while planning my own wedding and she is on a very tight budget…Her budget for a wedding dress is $75 firm, which is near impossible. She has been shopping craigslist and can’t find one that works… they are all so outdated or way over her budget. She just graduated, bought a house, and got engaged – how excited for her! But her fiancé is going to school basically 8-5 right now and isn’t working trying to finish up. This is a very excited time in her life and she is overwhelmed with the stress of not being able to afford a dress. We’ll they are to be wed in the summer of this year.
(I wanted her to wear my dress but she is about six inches shorter than me and her wedding is first, so that wont work). She would need about a size 4-6… and she is about 5’0. If anyone has anything that may work please message me on here with a little information and email address and I will get back to you.
She has in mind something not to poofy, maybe tea length… also if anyone has anything like a Maggie Sottero Grace, Tuscana Vidal, Jorie Ann, something to that effect would be AWESOME!

If any one has a white dress size 4-8 that they would like to sell for very cheap like around 200 let me know.........any that isn`t big and poofy lol....
I am in nursing school and we have not even got a house yet and wedding cost are more than we thought ......and our family is no help.....

I have a Demetrios gown, size 6, that is strapless with beading around the top, form fitting and a mermaid bottom....Paid over $1500 but will sell for $250 or best offer if anyone is interested.....I have gotten rid of all of the wedding things but this....

This is very odd. This exact same request by the same person was posted on this site in March of 2008 and now again in August of 2009. Something doesn`t seem right here!!

Hi Tiffany, I know it`s a month later now, but I just saw your post looking for a white sz4-6 gown that is not puffy...I have one with tags still on and it`s beautifully elegant. Never worn, I decided I wanted puffy, last minute...so now I need to sell this. I will take $300?? Please let me know...willing to negotiate more if needed. I also have a NON puffy dress. It`s a Maggie Sottero Camden, it`s a size 6 never worn or aultered. I baught it and then our wedding got post poned. It`s diamond white with wine red. Beautiful dress, but it doesn`t fit me any more. Well let me know it e-mail me and i can send you some pics.
