I am having a October 2010 wedding also and i was wondering what colors would go well with my dress. We are having a Tuscany theme, and my gown is Ivory with a Champagne trim, I was wondering if the bridesmaid dresses and the groomsmen tux vest would go well if they were a deep wine? Please help!

My wedding is also October 10. My fiance and I chose Burnt Orange (not too peachy,red or orange) and chocolate. We`re mixing in sunflower gold and other rich colors to make it look similar to the color theme of fall trees. However, a friend of mine just got married this October and she did navy and white. I think wedding colors should really be what you and your fiance love not the season. My fiance and I both love these colors which is why we chose them. Good luck!

Hello! I have a Pantone Color book that goes through the color wheel and defines the history, symbolism and basic physchology behind colors. I like to share this book with my Brides and give them the color analysis of their colors. It is interesting how the colors people choose align so closely with their personalities or the feelings they have in their relationship with their new mate. I love it...go to the library or bookstore and seek out color books-I found it in the graphic design section.
