Wedding Reception

I am looking for a VFW place or somewhere I can have my wedding reception in Chicago. My fiancee is the only one working right now and we are on a tight budget. I do not have much money. We are getting married on Sept 19th at the courthouse and would love to have the reception that day. I can`t seem to find a place and time is winding. I am looking tgo invite 50 -75 people. Please help!!!!!!!!!
