Need A Singing Midget For My Dad`s 60th Bday

I need to rent a midget for a singing telegram for my father on his 60th birthday. He is living in Elko, NV for a job right now and we are all across the country. I would just need someone for maybe 10 minutes just to sing Happy Birthday or something like that. Please e-mail me if you or someone you know is in that area. Thank you!
