Bridal Dress Shopping Experience

I must say that in shopping with my daughter in Chicago for her bridal dress we had no negative experiences. We went to the house of brides and were treated very professionally, our associate was sweet and knowledgeable. The same goes for the other two places we went in Chicago. My daughter bought her gown at the house of brides and we are very comfortable with the purchase.
I am truly sorry so many have had a poor experience in what should have been a fun and happy time.
We saw many brides who were rude and impossible to please but never an associate. So not having been there I can`t say it didn`t happen, but there are always two sides to every story.
I would gladly recommend the house of brides to anyone for a positive shopping experience.
