Outdoor Wedding

We are looking for an outdoor wedding site. Unfortunately, I`ve had no luck. Looking for something for either December, January. I found a lot of places that rent the ceremony rooms and reception areas don`t carter. All my family is coming from out of town. I don`t want to worry about the food, but don`t want to spend a lot of money either. Any suggestions?

Sorry, I guess that would be helpful. I`m located in Phoenix. If I have to I will go to Tucscon to get married if its cheaper.
