11 Year Old B-Day Party 911!!!!!!!!

Hi im 10 turning 11 and i want my birthday to be AWESOME..... But i need major help! I need a birthday under 100$ and it needs to be stuff i can do at my house! im gonna have 4 people not including me. I have no idea what to do and other sites havent helped at all! im not into baby stuff but i want it to be cool! help me please!!!!!! P.S. I am NOT girly but not boy! i want a cool theme and a fun filled night/sleepover

I did polka dot flutes for my daughter`s party in all the popular colors, pinks and brown, lime green and yellow, etc. The girls went crazy over them. Just a thought I can do them for you at a good price and they would be a neat keepsake for your friends.
