Senior Citizen Picnic Games

I am helping my mom with her Senior Picnic this year and we are looking for some senior games to play. Somewhat physical but not too exhausting. I`ve seen the bingos and that stuff but lets face it, seniors are a lot more active these days. Can anyone help with some ideas?
