Sweet 16

My sweet 16 isn`t until next year but i go to a very, let`s say, prestigious school & i`m sure i`m not not going to have much time to even think about this. So i`m planning now. =]

Sooo question #1: is it wrong to ask your guests for gifts? lol i feel like i`ll have to do that because most of my friends would just come to my party & not feel bad about not having a gift. I plan on having the party at a nightclub, so i`m scared that they`ll just come to have fun but forget that it is a birthday party.

Question #2: i`m afraid my guests will get bored w/ just dancing & music. What are other types of entertainment that i could look into? i really like the idea of an oxygen bar but it`s really expensive for 3/4 hours.

Lasttt question: is it a good idea to have VIPs? i`m the kind of person that has a hard time saying no to people. I feel like if i have VIPs other people will ask why they aren`t, or just make an issue out of it.
