Mother Of The Groom

My son`s wedding is in just a few days. I have already bought four different dresses. I could not decide. They are all short. The wedding is outside at 2:00 pm. I just decided on the one I would wear and then I found out the mother of the bride was going to wear a pant suit, however she has now changed her mind and bought a long dress. What should I do?? Should I go buy a long dress? I did find one I liked if it is still available. Everyone tells me not to worry, but I want it to be perfect for my son and the pictures. The bride is ok with the short one. Help I don`t have much time!!!!!!!!!
