Barn For Wedding Reception Close To Washington, Dc

I am looking for a clean, restored, classy barn for approx. 120 guests for a spring 2010 wedding ceremony and reception in the Washington, DC area (preferably within 30-45 minutes of the city). Can any one help with suggestions? I`m new to the area and at a complete loss for where to find my dream location.
