Invitation Etiquett
I am having a birthday party at Playtime Pizza and only want to pay for the children invited to the party. How do I let the parents know this without being offensive? Is this the correct thing to do or should I pay for the siblings to attend as well?

You should add a little sticker with the number of children for that family like this:
__2__ children free or "2 complimentary entrance for children"
Additional children is10.95 entrance fee.
