Boy/Girl Party For A 13 Year Old

I`m going to turn 13 this September, and I want to have a really fun boy/girl party. I`m not sure what to do, though! I can`t have it at my house, so I need a place to rent out. There would be about 20-30 people there. It needs to be fun and interesting. I could always do a Dance Party, but boys don`t usually dance, and if they do, it`s inappropriate and my parents are going to be there. I really want to have a fun party because I`m inviting my crush. Any ideas? Thanks!
