Best Friends 40th Birthday

I need help, I am having a 40th birthday for my best friend. It is not a surprise, I got the surprise when she brought me the invitation list with 100 people. I have the food taken care of but I dont know how to entertain that many people. I am having a characture artist there to draw pictures but I need a humorous (clean) game or something different, any ideas are welcome. Thanks
