Who Decorates The Reception And Church?
I`m Helping my sister in her quinceanera but we have a problem we dont know who decorates the church and the reception if it`s her or does she get padrinos for that

The quinceanera does, don`t get padrinos for that is simple, just flowers for the church. The hall is different, some people hire someone to do it.
