Local Dress Maker/Designer Wanted

I am in need of a local wedding dress maker/dress for a camo wedding. I am short, 5`3" WITH heels on. I`d prefer fabric for a good price or a locally owned shop that would work with myself and my brides maids. Trying for a once in a life time look, but at an affordable cost. I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Thanks!
