Help Disabled Army Vet Get Daughter Her Perfect Dress

Help a retired disabled Army Veteran give his 25 yr old daughter the dress of her dreams. Tears filled this old soldiers eyes when she came out in this dress. Perfect fit, perfect color she looked like an angel. The price was more than the government gives me after 28 years of service. So I`m searching online, the Post exchange, any place I can find. She is a real good girl and works for the homeless shelter she doesn`t ask for anything she just gives. Can anyone help me find the dress it can be used because I can clean it, mend it if needed. The information I have on the dress from the tag is Maggie Sottero 1043 Brilliant White size 16, I looked it up on the website and it said it was a Krystalyn Marie. Any leads will be greatly appreciated.
