I Need A Hall!

My daughters sweet 16 is in three months September, I need a hall and help in planning her sweet 16. I have to much on my plate right now and am very overwhelmed with other issues, I`m also trying to keep below my budget. This event will take place in Brooklyn, NY. If I find help. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
