Need A Little Person For Hire

We throw a huge halloween festival every year with 2-3 live bands about 300 people and plenty to drink hay rides lighted trails etc...you name it we got it EXCEPT for a little person; my boyfriend would love to have a sidekick that just wants to chill and have a good time take part in this festival and i would love to be able to do this for him, please help :) any suggestions or a taker for the job would be fantastic!
