Vow Renewal For 10 Year.

My husband and I eloped September 15, 2000. We are planning our wedding we never had on our 10th anniversary next September. Is it ok to go all out and do the whole wedding like it was supposed to be the first time around with bridesmaids, groomsmen, rings, flowers, etc.? This was all my husband`s idea and he wanted to give me "the wedding of my dreams that I should have had." I would love any advice you could give me. Thanks!
