Wedding Theme Is Western With Sunflowers Not Checkers

Help! Cake top is a pewter horse &rider couple, I need to incorporate the yellow & brown Sunflowers, into it. Oct wedding, so fall colors. Also need help designing a simple sunflower bouquet, must have daisy`s in it. Deceased father always gave me daisy`s.
Western theme but no no no checker hoedown look.
Please help with design ideas.
