Another Horrible Experience
I had an awful experience at David`s Bridal. The worst part was, I was warned by so many people. David`s Bridal has such a bad reputation I don`t know why or how they stay in business and not even try to do anything about it. I walked into a David`s Bridal only by stumbling across it and of course no one wanted to help me until I crossed their entrance barrier then the rude lady asked what I was doing. I told her I was looking for a dress she told my bestfriend and I to sit down and fill out a card, so I did. My friend said she had filled out a card a long time ago. The rude lady wanted to know the name of the salesperson that helped her before. My friend could not remember. The rude lady said what do you mean you don`t know ( with a really bad attitude) and tried to make us feel dumb because. I could`nt believe it we only waited 15 minutes to be helped and then when we where we went through 3 different sales people. Then when we got are final sales person she insulted and offended me by bringing me every dress I did`nt describe. I told her exactly what I wanted and she said that they did have anything like that so as soon as I was dressed and walking out the door she asked me how much I wanted to spend and that`s when she told me to wait she has the perfect dress. It was halter, corset and tied in the back exactly what I wanted and just happened to be the dress on the display in the window. I was so happy and did`nt complain but, thought about it later and was really upset. I bought my dress, 3 bridesmaid dresses, 3 flower girls dress, 3 flower girl baskets, shoes, and jewerly and still treated like garbage. Now, we are trying to get our dresses altered and they are giving us a different price then what they quoted. Houston, Texas
