Sweet 16 Help!

I`m turning 16 in January and I live in San Diego California. I am looking to have a party fo about 90-125 ppl. I need a venue that is located in a nice area but not too pricy. I am also looking for a dj, decoration ppl and party favor person. But mainly i need a venue...so any help???
