Gift

I have been asked to be my cousin`s personal attendent. I want to know if it is the proper thing to do to buy her a gift in addition to her wedding gift. I am wondering if during the rehearsal if I am suppose to give her a gift

No, you are not supposed to give her a gift at the rehearsal dinner. SHE is supposed to give YOU a gift at the rehearsal dinner. You just need to buy her a wedding gift and a shower gift (if she is having a shower).
