Budget South Asian Wedding In Philly

Hi,
I am trying to plan an Indian-Jewish wedding in Philadelphia. I am having an IMPOSSIBLE time finding a reception site that works with South Asian caterers. Places like the Ritz will do it but I am on a budget of about 10,000. If anyone has any advice or recommendations, that would be great. Thanks!!
