Sweet Sixteen Theme Needed

Hello, I am planning my Sweet Sixteen for November 2009. I have an idea of getting my girls together, taking a limo to a salon where we will get spa treatment including nails done, hair?, pedicures & facials?. Not quite sure yet. Then we will take a limo back to a place where we will meet up with the guys, and dance all night. I just need a theme.
