Worst Service Ever

I recently had to deal with David’s Bridal in Rockford IL for a bridesmaids dress. First, when they gave me the wrong dress and seemed annoyed when I explained they had the incorrect style number. I then waited in line for 30 minutes just to check out where I saw an associate put someone on hold for the entire time. Everyone was rude and seemed to hate their job. They assured me my dress would arrive before May 15th. Well today is May 30th and still no dress. I call them and was told by an associate that I would be on hold for just a minute. Well, it’s been 20 minutes and not a single click over to perhaps tell me it will be a while longer or we apologize for the wait. Let’s hope they still have the order once they finally pick up the phone. For those of you looking for a dress or bridesmaids dress there are MANY other places with great service. This place I guess you get what you paid for..
