Please Help Make This A Great Year

In Dec of 2008 my dad suddenly passed away. Shortly after that my partner of 5 years was told he had cancer . Our boss was killed in a avalanche rite befor new years. It was on a skidoo trip with his friends. I was all over the news. My partner and the love of my live Richard and myself are both single parents. Richard house is so old. The carpet and furniture have to be about 17years or older . This house need to be redone so badly. I dont think that its not healthy at all for him to live in. Rite now hes in calgary getting treament. This would make the world of difference on his live plus lift his spirits. Please help
