Dwark Required For Stag Night In Edinburgh

Hi, we will be in Edinburgh for a night (Sat 30th of may)and we are looking for a dwarf with a sense of humour that we can rent for a day so we can handcuff him to the stag for the day and night.
Does anybody know of such a Dwarf? Can he also paint himself blue and dress as a smurf?
