PARTY

Well, im 14 this year.
I didn`t have a big 13th, and im hoping for a big 14th.
We have a small budget, probably of £70
Food will only be about £10, with drinks...
Any ideas on things I can do with £60.
I want about 10 girls, and 10 boys but as you know, i`ll be low on money, though i would like to rent out a hall, which may be to expensive, though...

1) if i did rent out a hall, what could i do?
2) if i didn`t rent out a hall, what could i do?

I dont want a fancy dress party, or any party games, nor a sleepover...
I could probably have a theme,
Could you also name some themes to.
