Young Couple Needs Help

Hello,
My name is Beth. My fiance and I are planning our wedding for Febuary of 2010. We both live near york county, Pa and would like to stay close. The problem is, I have no idea where to start! We are both young and so money is very tight. Any suggestions on places to get married, where to get a dress, or any other helpfull information would be greatly appreciated! thanks
