Little People For Hire

I`m looking to see if anyone knows where I can hire a little person to dress up as an ewok inside a cake. I know, I know, it sounds weird as heel, but it is for my father-in-law`s 60th birthday. Needless to say, he loves Star Wars as much as I do. Anyway, if anyone has an idea of where I could find such a service, then let me know please.
