Name Change In Virginia After Divorce In Vegas

I got my divorce in Vegas three years ago and would lke to get my name change to my maiden name in Virginia. I did not request for a name change when I filed for my divorce in Vegas. Now I am ready to move on with my life, can I file for a name change in Virgnia? What is the cost if I hire a lawyer?
