Please Help Me!!!!!!

Hello. My name is Kawana Doss. I have a sister who is engaged and wants to get married soon. I took it upon myself give her a surpise wedding on Dec. 31, 2003 (New Year`s Eve) and it is hard for me to come up with a wedding theme for her. I am giving her a suprise wedding on this date because she always wanted to get married on New Year`s Eve and she want her wedding colors to be silver and powered blue. If you have any ideas, feel free to tell me. I NEED some HELP!

I think this is a very bad idea. Although i`m sure your intentions are pure and kind, you are going to inadvertantly deny your sister the right to plan her own wedding. She is going to miss out on the planning of details that can be so much fun. I would nix the idea just because your great surprise might turn into a huge dissappointment both for you and for her.
