Cheap Beach Theme Ideas

I would suggest a beach itself or a pool area. Most apts. Rent out clubhouses which have a pool. Use the clubhouse to cook and eat and the pool area for the festivities. Put a net around the fence and get creative with the hawaiian theme. Party City has great deals on Luah items.

Play the limbo, have some Polynesian dancers come in, look in the yellow pages and see if you can find a place which will provide a cooked pig with sides.

I am sure you know someone who lives in an apt or condo which rents out the clubhouse.
