Renewing Vows At 7 Years?

My husband and I want to renew our vows, and we didn`t get to for our 5th anniversary so I was thinking about doing on our 7th because that`s my favorite number and I don`t want to wait until the 10th year. If we decided to should we renew on the date we got married or would it matter?
