Sweet 16!!

Well im havin a sweet 16 on a typical friday night at my house, but its our spring break so there should be about 30-50 guests. My theme is glow in the dark i will ask everyone to wear bright colors or white im also getting black lights to replace the regular ones. White decorations. =] the time will be 7-12 and i will have a kissing booth jusz to see who has a crush on me and wen im done anyone else can see for themselves. The party will also take place outside for people who dont really want to dance. And hopefully everything turns out well!!
