You can buy just regular pumpkins and paint them white. Ask at the hardware store what paints are not flammable. I would suggest carving the pumpkins (do the day before - too much longer before that and they will begin to rot). You can carve flowers, words of love, starbursts, whatever you want into them and light them up. They will add ambience to your setting with the look and the soft glow. You can also just paint them, dig a hole out of the top and carve out the innards and fill them with water. Then add some floating candles, and you are all set to go.
