I Do Not Understand

I was also banned myself for no reason at all - and they ignored my emails too. It is very frustrating, and unprofessional. This website is excellent, it`s a shame the wrong people are being banned.

I have been having the same problems with getting banned for no reason at all. It has happened to me 2 times and I always send emails. The first time I even called them (don`t know where I got their phone number). It really is too bad that those of us who use the board for advice and to legitimately communicate with other brides are being banned. When I spoke to partypop on the phone the woman I was speaking with told me that they use an independent company to screen the posts and it is that independent company that automatically bans people from posting. Glad to be able to post now!

I got banned too because the e-mail address I used was my address at my place of business. Apparently this is considered advertise services (which I was not doing).

I have gotten the same banned message and the same non response except for once asking if I had advertised a business and once with a phone number and name. I called it and the person I was to speak with asked me to call back??!! He did not give me a reason as to why I needed to call back. I had not even given him my name at that point. Anyway, I get banned one day and can post the next. It`s a pain definately.

Ive been having the same troubles to, me and my daughter are trying to plan her quinceanera and we answered someones question about a dress i got banned but yet these girls who are 14 & 15 can fight , cuss and call names are still on. It doest make sense.

There has got to be some glich in the system that keeps causing this, ya think?

Yes, there must be some type of problem somewhere.
When I was banned it took me more then a few days to be able to get back on.
I will try agian to e-mail them @partypop.
