Dress

Hi has any one else been conned by KAERSEN BRIDAL i contacted them for dress they sent me pictures of the designer i was looking for i said that is it picture no 2331 they guarenteed dress would be exactly the same and pictures would be sent to me making sure i was happy with it when they had finished i had to contact them they then sent pictures of a dress that was nothing like the dress i had orderd in looks or quality i twas asured every thing would be ok and designer would contact me no one ever has that is 2 weeks now dress was already shipped to me even though they said no it wasnt now they wont answer about 30 emails and live chat i am ignored and left haning on for 2 and3 hours at a time i have a daughter in tears and looks like i am now $415 OUT OF POCKET so be WARNED KAERSEN BRIDAL ARE CONNING YOU guarentee not worth the ink used to print it
