Appropriate Arrangements On Wedding Invitations

My youngest son is being married on Oct. His father and I have been separated for 15 years and just got divorced in Nov. His father is getting re-married this month and I have gone with the same man for 14 years and the boys have seen more of him ( although we never lived to-gether) then their father who had moved 400 miles away. My question is. The bride wants to know how we want to be introduced on the invitations. Ms Jane Doe and Mr. Father`s name wish for you to attend this marriage. Or do we say Ms Jane Do,&Joe Smith(he is my boyfriend)and Mr.& Mrs father`s name wish for you to attend. What in your opinion is the most tasteful way to introduce our son without embarrasment
