Wedding Help!!!

Hi all, I just got engaged and am already freaking out about how to plan a wedding. My fiance and I live in MN but I am from AZ and that is where we are going to have the wedding. All we would like is some type of backyard wedding or as close to it as we can get for around 200 people. We have to pay for everything ourselves and I am looking for anyone who has any suggestions.
