Monique Lhuillier Everlasting Love Sample Gown For Sale

I am selling a Monique Lhuillier "Everlasting Love" gown I purchased at a sample sale (and only tried on ONCE, which was in the dressing room). It is an elegant, off-white, duchess silk satin, not-puffy gown (though you can certainly make it puffy), with a soft sweetheart neckline, in PERFECT condition! Please note, however, that the dummy (ESPECIALLY the runway model pictured) doesn`t have any boobs, which is why the bodice looks kind of baggy. It is MUCH more flattering on women who can fill it out on top (in my personal opinion, at least). Also note that the gown hasn`t been cleaned or pressed at all, so the pleats will look much nicer once the tailor finishes it. The dress was designed to be worn with a sash around the waist, but it didn`t come with one, so I was planning to use some of the extra fabric to create a matching sash for a monochromatic look -- but you can, of course, have a sash made out of any fabric of your choosing for very little money. I am really sad to see it go, and could definitely turn it into an evening gown for other uses, but if someone out there wants a beautiful, rare, and never-before-worn (except in a bridal salon) Monique Lhuillier gown for 70% off the retail price, I would love to sell it to a deserving bride-to-be :). I don`t have any of the exact measurements (it is approximately a size 8), but if you are seriously interested, I can have it measured for you. The dress retails for $6000 + tax, but I purchased it at the sample sale for $2165, so am now selling it for $2000 (which is basically what I paid for it minus sales tax). You should always get it cleaned after having it altered, but otherwise it is in excellent condition with no tears, rips, snags, or marks.
