Baseball Inspired Wedding

I`m not a huge fan of baseball and it seems a little casual for a wedding, but hey, to each his own boat...
Ideas would possibly be:
Baseballs signed by the couple for wedding favors.
Miniture hot dogs and french fries for appies.
Lawn inspired dance floor (think - astroturf)
Bridesmaids carrying baseball bats with ribbons tied to it.
Get chocolate molds in baseball shapes and make chocolate baseballs for wedding favors. (melt chocolate and pour into molds add a stick to the center of ONE mold. Put in freezer or fridge until hard. Take out of molds. Take 1/2 of one baseball and put a thin layer of chocolate on it - spread in on the flat side - take chocolate ball without stick and sandwich it to the one with the stick. Wrap in cellophane and decorate with ribbon and voila! chocolate baseballs) hint: you can do the same thing with baseball bat molds.
The couple could get funny pics taken on a baseball field (be sure to bring a ball and bat for fun poses).
The groomsmen could wear baseball hats.
Playing baseball themed songs: take me out to the ball game, etc. Before the wedding.
Getting baseball shaped invitations inviting people to the "game of the season"
Inviting guests to dress in the jersey`s of their favorite baseball team
Naming the dining tables after baseball teams or players
Having baseball gloves as centerpieces. Sit some flowers inside the glove and/or a candle holder
Having balloons with baseball themes in it
Tying down balloon clusters with gloves or balls (wrap balls in clear cellophane first so you have something to tie it to)
For an engagement shower or bachellorette/bachelor party, go to a baseball game
Maybe have mini baseball bats or gloves attach to earrings and wear for jewelery
Have a square cake decorated like a baseball diamond and the bride and groom wedding topper could stand at the pitchers mound or at home base
