F*** The House Of Brides

Just got kicked out of the House of Brides in Schamburg by the manager, Chris Richards. She is very incompetent, rude, and not helpful AT ALL! Our wedding is next weekend and we ordered the dresses over 3 months ago. 4 came last week, but the last just showed up on Friday, and its black, not corral like the others. We were told by Chris that there is nothing we can do and that we should just have my fiance`s mom sew the last dress. She called my future mother in law a liar, offered no compensation or sympathy and I felt this was very unprofessional. I need a phone number - who can help? There has to be someone above this Chris Richards lady who can help. Anyone have a number for me?
