Wonderful Vendor

I ordered favors for my wedding through IdealFavors.com I got them back in December and opened one box of the votive candle holders made sure they were fine and took the rest of the boxes to a spare bedroom to be stored. My wedding is at the end of March so at the end of February I started pulling all the sutff out I ordered and getting it ready to be organized for the wedding reception. I started opening the boxes of votives and realized that there was breakage during shipping in the votives I hadn`t opened. I was so upset, I was mad at myself for not openning all the boxes at the time of delivery. I figured I was out the merch, out the money and would have to figure out alternatives for the broken ones. Since I didn`t have anything to lose I did email IdealFavors and got a response that they usually hold the shipper reposnsible but that post 2 weeks that was not possible and since they knew my wedding was coming up and I had so much to worry about they would replace the few damanged ones for me without problem. I was shocked, pleased and relieved. I couldn`t believe that they were so nice and understanding. I promised I would post about how great they are and here I am. Its lovely to experience this type of treatment when so often wedding vendors are stingy and difficult, use IdealFavors, they were great for me!
