My Sweet Sixteen Theme?

Okay so I know a sweet sixteen is alot of planning so you have too start at least a year before... Right? Well, my theme that I really like alot is diamonds are forever. I`ve never really seen anyone do that so I thought it would be a good idea. But I have absolutly NO clue what I am doing. I need alot of help. & I was hoping that some of ya`ll could give me some ideas. I know that I want a sparkly white or silver carpet maybe even clear with lots of glitter as an entrance from outside too the dance floor. & the table clothes will probably match the walk in carpet. & I want white, silver, pink, & black balloons. But I don`t know what color dress I should get. All I know is that I want it too have alot of rhinestones on it. I still need ideas for; a cake, a center piece, candys on the tables, dresses for my girls & tuxes for the guys. I`m getting two hummer limos, & i`m not sure what else. So if you have any ideas what so ever please let me know asap. It would be greatly appriciated. Thank you[:
