"Grey Matters"
According to Stationery Trends Magazine, "Grey Matters!" While grey may seem like an unexpected color, the shade is as versitale as it is posh! It is pairing well with bright, "energy" colors such as reds, oranges, yellows and greens! Grey is also being paired with gold, eggplant, lilacs, scarlet and wine reds. According to Leatrice Eisemann, author of "Color Messages and Meanings" and director of the Pantone Color Institute, "It`s an aspirational color. People think of it in terms of how they want to be perceived. It has a quiet subtle upscale feel." Eisemann also commented on the color`s longevity saying she is working on 2010 palates now and there is no question grey will be an important player.
