Beach Wedding In Dominican Republic

We are planning our wedding for Spring 2005 and would like to get married in La Romana or Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. We both love the area as a holiday destination. Can anyone recommend any resorts that offer great wedding packages? And how do we get the most out of our wedding? Are there any other Caribbean destinations/resorts worth looking into?
